Summary
This study tests whether a community-based program can improve well-being and reduce loneliness in adults aged 55 and older who have mild depression symptoms. Participants will attend well-being talks and receive follow-up support from a Health Companion over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach helps older adults feel better mentally and emotionally.
