First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study compares two ways of providing HIV prevention medication (PrEP) to young people in South Africa. One group gets PrEP through standard clinic visits, while the other group receives home delivery and support. The goal is to see which method helps more people start and continue taking PrEP over 12 months. 2,500 participants aged 16-30 are involved.
