Summary
This study tests whether a communication skills training program designed for rehabilitation professionals (like physical and speech therapists) is practical and helpful. About 25 staff at St. Jude will take part, and researchers will measure how well the training works and how it affects their confidence in tough talks with patients and families. The goal is to improve care for children with serious illnesses.
