Summary
This study tested a new device called the COMBO Endoscopy Oropharyngeal Airway in 104 adults having a lung exam (bronchoscopy) under sedation. The device combines oxygen support, breathing monitoring, and a bite block to prevent low oxygen levels. The goal was to see if it reduces the risk of hypoxia (dangerously low oxygen) compared to standard care.
