First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and epcoritamab, can safely and effectively treat people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior therapy. The trial will include 120 adults who have either not had CAR-T cell therapy or whose lymphoma progressed after CAR-T cells. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete or partial remission within 12 months of starting treatment.
