New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: three-drug combo enters early trials

NCT ID NCT07269639

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether combining three drugs (golcadomide, poseltinib, and rituximab) can shrink or control tumors in people with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. About 20 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the combination works better than current options, but it is not expected to be a cure—ongoing treatment or monitoring will likely still be needed.
