Summary
This study compares a combination of two drugs (solifenacin and gabapentin) against solifenacin alone for treating overactive bladder in women. The goal is to see if the combination better reduces symptoms like frequent urination and urgency. Sixty women with moderate to severe symptoms will be followed for 3 months to track improvements and side effects.
