First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding gabapentin to the standard drug solifenacin works better than solifenacin alone for women with overactive bladder. About 60 women will receive either the combination or the single drug, and researchers will track symptom changes and side effects over three months. The goal is to find a more effective way to reduce urgency, frequency, and leakage.
