Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (anastrozole, fulvestrant, and abemaciclib) in 20 people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative). The goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks or controls the cancer. Participants either have newly diagnosed advanced cancer or their cancer returned more than 12 months after prior treatment.
