Double antiviral attack may shorten dangerous flu in vulnerable patients

Summary
This study tests whether combining two antiviral drugs (baloxavir and oseltamivir) can shorten or reduce the severity of influenza in people who have had a stem cell transplant or have blood cancer. About 60 participants will receive the drug combination or standard care. The goal is to see if the combo lowers viral levels faster and reduces hospital stays or complications.
