First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination of three FDA-approved drugs (lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and paclitaxel) in women whose endometrial, ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer has returned after prior treatment. The goal is to see if the triple therapy shrinks tumors more effectively than current options, while monitoring side effects. About 38 participants will receive the drugs in a specific schedule to evaluate safety and tumor response.
