NCT ID NCT07472322

First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced Merkel cell carcinoma that has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. Researchers want to see if combining two drugs—ASTX727 (a pill) and retifanlimab (given through a vein)—can shrink tumors and keep them from growing. About 31 adults will take the drugs for up to 2 years, visiting the clinic every 2 weeks for checkups. The main goals are to check safety and see how well the combination works.
