New drug duo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This study tests whether combining two targeted drugs, pemigatinib and afatinib, is safe and works against advanced solid tumors that have certain FGFR gene changes. About 70 adults whose cancers have not responded to standard treatments will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo can shrink tumors.
