Summary
This study aims to reduce colorectal cancer disparities in Black and underserved communities in Phoenix by providing free, home-based screening tests and education. Participants aged 45 and older who meet eligibility criteria will receive a fecal immunochemical test (FIT) kit and guidance on follow-up care. The goal is to increase early detection and prevention in groups that face higher cancer rates and limited healthcare access.
