Summary

This study aims to address racial disparities in colon cancer by providing free, convenient at-home screening tests and education to Black and underserved communities in Phoenix. Participants receive a simple stool test kit, educational materials, and follow-up support if needed. The goal is to increase early detection and prevent colon cancer deaths in communities that face healthcare access barriers.
