First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study is for people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen and has not responded to first-line treatment. It compares standard second-line therapy alone versus standard therapy plus a special type of radiotherapy guided by a PET scan and an immunotherapy drug called cadonilimab. The goal is to see if the new combination shrinks tumors better and improves outcomes. About 40 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
