First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a special type of PET scan-guided radiation to standard second-line treatment works better than standard treatment alone for colorectal cancer that has spread to the abdomen. About 40 adults whose cancer worsened after first-line therapy will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if the new combination shrinks tumors more effectively and safely.
