New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer patients

NCT ID NCT05985954

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing new combinations of targeted drugs for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be surgically removed. The study aims to find safe doses of a new drug called ulixertinib when given with other cancer medications to patients who have already tried certain targeted therapies. Researchers will monitor side effects and see if these drug combinations can help control the cancer's growth.
