NCT ID NCT05985954

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing new drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be surgically removed. The study aims to find safe doses of a new drug called ulixertinib when given with existing cancer drugs to patients who have already tried other targeted treatments. Researchers will monitor side effects and see if the combinations help control cancer growth.
