NCT ID NCT07168876
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study is testing a new blood test called Delta-HLD to see how well it can detect colorectal cancer in average-risk people aged 45 to 75 who are already scheduled for a screening colonoscopy. The colonoscopy results will be used as the gold standard to compare the blood test's accuracy. The goal is to find a simpler, less invasive way to screen for colorectal cancer.
