Hidden gut risk after CPR: new study investigates colon damage

Summary
This study looks at how often colon damage happens in adults who survive a cardiac arrest and receive CPR. About 200 participants will have a colonoscopy 24-36 hours after CPR to check for colon ischemia. The goal is to understand this complication better, not to test a new treatment.
