Summary

This study looked at whether a special tennis class could improve college students' teamwork and physical health. 94 students were split into two groups: one took a standard tennis class, and the other took a class designed to encourage cooperation and social skills. The goal was to see if the new teaching method made students more helpful and responsible toward others, while also boosting their fitness.
