First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a tennis course built around hands-on, cooperative learning could improve college students' social behavior and physical fitness. Researchers split 94 students into two groups: one took the special tennis class, and the other took a regular tennis class. After 8 weeks, they measured teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness levels to see if the new teaching method made a difference.
