Collagen drink absorption measured in healthy men

Summary
This study looked at how collagen from drinks gets into the blood. Twenty-five healthy men drank different collagen products or a placebo. Blood samples were taken before and up to 4 hours after drinking to measure collagen building blocks. The goal was to see which products are absorbed best.
