Collagen supplement may tame blood sugar spikes
NCT ID NCT06789263
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a collagen supplement can improve blood sugar levels after a meal in people with normal blood sugar or prediabetes. Thirty adults took either collagen or a placebo and then had their blood sugar, insulin, and digestion tracked. The goal was to see if collagen could help manage blood sugar spikes.
