behavioral intervention (weight loss program with support partner)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that involving a partner in weight loss programs leads to better, longer-lasting results for Veterans.
What could go wrong
This is a completed study, but results may not apply to everyone. Weight loss can be hard to maintain, and the support partner approach may not work for all.
