Summary
This study will test whether applying cold gel packs to two specific acupoints (LI4 on the hand and SP6 on the leg) can reduce hot flashes and depression in women going through menopause. About 80 women with moderate to severe hot flashes will participate. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can improve their quality of life.
