Summary
This study tests whether low-dose colchicine, a common gout medication, can reduce inflammation and symptoms in people with autoimmune or subacute thyroiditis. Researchers will compare colchicine to standard steroid treatment and supportive care in 300 adults. The goal is to find a safer, effective option for managing thyroid inflammation.
