First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether low-dose colchicine, a drug used for gout, can reduce inflammation in people with Hashimoto's or subacute thyroiditis. 300 adults will be randomly assigned to colchicine, steroids, or supportive care. The goal is to see if colchicine improves symptoms and blood markers better than current treatments.
