Summary
This study tested a program called Compensatory Cognitive Training (CCT) in 21 veterans with PTSD who still had memory, attention, or thinking problems after standard PTSD treatment. The goal was to see if the program was practical and helpful. Researchers measured thinking skills and daily function using questionnaires and tests.
