This study tested a computer-based cognitive training program in 72 adults with bipolar disorder who also had psychosis. The goal was to see if the training could improve memory, attention, and problem-solving skills compared to a control computer activity. Participants were within 10 years of their first symptoms and had stable mood at the start.
