Brain training plus school help: a small study that ended early

NCT ID NCT04040829

First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding cognitive remediation (brain training) to supported education (help with school) could improve academic outcomes for young adults with psychotic disorders. Only 9 people enrolled before the study was stopped early. The goal was to understand what helps students succeed in school, but the small size limits what we can learn.
