Brain training for psychosis: school boost or bust?
NCT ID NCT04040829
First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding cognitive remediation (brain training) to a supported education program helps young adults (ages 16-35) with psychotic disorders improve their academic performance. Only 9 people enrolled before the study was stopped early. Researchers measured school functioning, memory, and thinking skills, but the small size means results are limited.
