Summary
This study tested a new therapy called cognitive multi-sensory rehabilitation (CMR) in 40 chronic stroke patients. Participants did 12 sessions of CMR plus standard physical therapy, or just physical therapy. The goal was to see if CMR could improve arm function and reduce fatigue. Results measured changes in movement, hand strength, and fatigue levels.
