NCT ID NCT07438236

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looked at whether taking a dietary supplement for 60 days could improve thinking and mood in 75 university students aged 18 and older. Participants were split into three groups: two received different supplements, and one got a placebo (dummy pill). Researchers checked their cognitive performance and mood before, during, and after the study using questionnaires. The goal was to see if supplements really help students think better or feel better.
