Summary
This study tested whether a therapy that combines physical exercises with psychological strategies (Cognitive Functional Therapy) works better than standard physical therapy for adults with chronic neck pain. Sixty participants aged 18-64 with neck pain lasting over 3 months were enrolled. The main outcomes were pain intensity and how much neck pain interfered with daily life.
