New therapy aims to ease back pain after failed surgery

Summary

This study tests a therapy called Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT) for people with long-term low back pain after spinal surgery. CFT combines physical exercises with mental strategies to address pain. The study will compare CFT to a sham treatment in 90 adults aged 18-75 to see if it reduces disability and pain.
