Could an Anti-Inflammatory drug curb cocaine cravings?

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether pentoxifylline, a drug that reduces inflammation, can lessen the rewarding effects of cocaine. About 30 adults with cocaine use disorder who are not seeking treatment will take part. Researchers will measure how often participants choose cocaine over money to see if the drug helps control cravings.
