Summary

This study looks at how complex surgery to repair a thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm changes the body's ability to clot blood right after the operation. Researchers will follow 58 patients and measure clotting, heart injury, kidney injury, and other events before and after surgery. The goal is to better understand these changes, not to test a new treatment.
