Summary
This study tests a safety program called COACH, designed to help youth football coaches plan safer practices and change attitudes about head impacts. Researchers will enroll 880 youth football players to see if the program reduces the number of head impacts, concussions, and negative effects on brain health. The goal is to prevent injuries before they happen.
