Summary

This study tests a program called COACH that teaches youth football coaches how to plan safer practices to reduce head impacts and concussions. About 880 young athletes will take part, and researchers will measure head impacts, thinking skills, and balance before and after the season. The goal is to see if the program works and can be widely adopted.
