Summary

This study tests a program called Coach Mpilo, where men living with HIV are trained as peer coaches to help other men stay in HIV care and take their medication. The study will include 800 men in South Africa who have missed a clinic visit. The goal is to see if this peer support improves retention in care, viral suppression, and mental health.
