Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called CM326 in people with moderate to severe COPD. The goal is to see if it can reduce the number of serious flare-ups and improve lung function. About 318 adults aged 40-85 will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to a year, with follow-up safety checks.
