First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding an experimental drug called CLS-015 to standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with large B-cell lymphoma whose disease is stable or progressing. The drug aims to reverse immune-suppressing effects in the tumor environment. About 12 adults will be enrolled to check safety and tolerability of the combination.
