First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving two blood-thinning drugs (clopidogrel and aspirin) together for 21 days after a stroke is safe and works better than aspirin alone to prevent another stroke. About 200 adults who recently had a stroke and are at low bleeding risk will take either aspirin alone or both drugs. Researchers will track safety and recovery for three months.
