Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called CLN-619, given alone or with pembrolizumab, in adults with advanced solid tumors (including non-small cell lung cancer). The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 440 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers.
