First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called CLN-619, which targets specific proteins on cancer cells to help the immune system fight tumors. It is being tested alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab) in about 440 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug shrinks tumors.
