Smart software aims to tame high blood pressure in 4 weeks

Summary
This study tests whether a special tool in the electronic medical record helps doctors make better treatment decisions for patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure. About 168 adults with high blood pressure who are already on medication will take part. Their blood pressure will be checked 4 weeks after a clinic visit to see if the tool leads to better control.
