NCT ID NCT05338450

First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tested whether clemastine fumarate, an allergy medicine, could improve eye movement in people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who have a specific eye condition called internuclear ophthalmoparesis. The trial planned to enroll 80 participants but was terminated early. Researchers measured eye movements using a special camera and also tested a single dose of fampridine to see if it could predict treatment response.
