Summary
This study looked at whether changing clear aligners every 7 days or every 14 days affects how much the tooth roots shorten (a common side effect) and how much pain people feel. About 52 adults with mild to moderate misalignment took part. The goal is to help orthodontists choose the safest wear schedule.
