First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study will test a new type of PET scan that looks for a protein called Claudin18.2 on cancer cells in people with pancreatic or stomach cancer. The goal is to see if this scan can accurately find which tumors have this protein, helping doctors choose the right targeted therapy. About 64 participants will be scanned before surgery, and their results will be compared to lab tests on the removed tumor tissue.
